Do I need to install any software?

No. Cabivet runs in your browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge). On phones, the interface is responsive and optimized for consultation and visit use.

Is my data secure?

Your data is hosted in Germany (European Union), encrypted in transit and protected by access controls. For security and operational reasons, we do not publish the identity of our infrastructure providers.

Does Cabivet replace my accountant?

No. Cabivet handles client billing and daily collections, with export for your accountant. We stay focused on veterinary management, not full tax accounting.

How do WhatsApp reminders work?

Every morning Cabivet detects vaccines due in the next 30 days, then generates a pre-filled WhatsApp link: message in the chosen language, with the right variables. Your receptionist clicks, checks, sends. No third-party API, no per-message cost, no limit.

Can I try without committing?

Yes. 30-day free trial, no credit card, no commitment. You get full Pro features during the trial, with a 50-patient limit. At the end, choose a plan or leave. Your data stays exportable.

How do payments work?

By card or bank transfer when that option is available. Payment details are processed by specialized providers and are not stored in plain text by Cabivet.

And support, who handles it?

Support is reachable by email and WhatsApp, in English and French, during the service hours shown in the app. The Clinic plan includes dedicated onboarding and priority support.
