01Purpose
Cabivet is reserved for legitimate professional uses related to running a veterinary clinic or an authorized veterinary activity. This policy is an integral part of the Terms of Use.
02Illegal or deceptive uses
- Use Cabivet for any illegal, fraudulent, unauthorized activity or activity harmful to animal welfare.

- Violate intellectual property rights, image rights, privacy rights or third-party secrets.
- Facilitate fraud, abuse, false invoicing, tax circumvention or criminal activity.
- Use the service without the licenses, authorizations or professional status required for your activity.
03Clinical misuse
Cabivet may store clinical information but should not be treated as a standalone system for diagnosis, dosing, prescription or medical decision-making.
- Rely on Cabivet as the sole source for a decision that requires a veterinary examination.
- Send reminders, prescriptions or messages without human review when the medical context requires it.
- Knowingly record false, misleading or incomplete clinical information.
- Allow unauthorized people to validate procedures reserved for an authorized professional.
04Security and access
- Share credentials, bypass roles, access another clinic's workspace or attempt to obtain unauthorized rights.
- Scan, test, disrupt, overload, scrape or automate access to the service without written agreement.
- Introduce a virus, malicious script, denial-of-service attack or unauthorized collection mechanism.
- Disassemble, copy, rent, resell or reproduce any part of the service or its interface.
- Access the service other than through the official interface or authorized APIs.
- Create multiple or automated accounts to bypass limits, restrictions or suspensions.
05Data and privacy
- Collect, import or process personal data without a valid legal basis, authorization or consent.
- Sell, rent, exchange or disclose owner, employee or third-party data without authorization.
- Access another clinic's or account's data without authorization.
- Knowingly store false, fraudulent, unlawful or manifestly misleading data.
- Ignore legitimate requests for access, correction, objection or deletion that fall within your responsibility.
06Intellectual property and commercial use
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, rent or sublicense any part of the service.
- Remove or hide ownership, trademark, copyright or attribution notices.
- Use Cabivet trademarks, logos, screenshots or elements without written authorization.
- Use the service to provide a service bureau, a competing offering or a solution resold to third parties.
07Content and system abuse
- Transmit defamatory, threatening, hateful, obscene, discriminatory or unlawful content.
- Use the service for spam, phishing, impersonation or unsolicited communications.
- Exceed quotas, consume resources excessively or disrupt other users.
- Mine cryptocurrencies, train automated systems or run intensive unauthorized tasks.
- Introduce data or requests intended to disrupt, abusively test or degrade the service.
08Messages and owner data
- Send unsolicited, repeated or unrelated messages outside the veterinary relationship.
- Import bought, rented or collected contacts without consent.
- Include misleading, discriminatory, threatening or unlawful content in reminders.
09Enforcement
We may limit, suspend or terminate access in case of actual or suspected violation, particularly to protect other users, the infrastructure, personal data or compliance with the law. Where the situation allows, we prefer a request to correct before suspension.
- warning, request to correct or feature limitation;
- immediate suspension or termination, without refund when the violation justifies it;
- removal or blocking of disputed content, access, accounts or data;
- reporting to competent authorities or legal action when necessary.
10Interpretation
The prohibitions listed are not exhaustive. Cabivet may determine in good faith that an unlisted behavior violates the spirit of this policy if it endangers the service, data, users, animals, third parties or legal compliance.
By using Cabivet, you acknowledge that any violation may lead to suspension, termination, loss of access to data and absence of refund.
